Add custom badge to Shopify Products - Prestige theme

I’m trying to add a custom product badge (think Best Seller, New Arrival, or Staff Pick) to our products, like the Sale and Sold Out ones that appear on the product image when looking at the grid items. I’ve seen possible ways of doing this through the code, but I’ve also heard there is a way to do this via tags in the product listing. Has anyone figured out a way to do this easily (within the code or not)?

I think the Prestige theme has this feature. If you’re using the latest version of the theme, you can use tags. E.g.: _label: New, _label: Best Seller etch…
