Probably 1/3 of my customers are businesses (about 250 of them). I had to go in and manually enter the business name in the last name field so that we could find them in our customer list.
I haven’t even addressed the issue with syncing in QuickBooks yet. I’m still too busy trying to find a way to make our daily operations workable. If I don’t, I will never be able to leave this counter - my help is going to quit!
