Hi,

Whilst it’s possible to add custom data via text entries, you can’t do file uploads natively through Shopify’s registration and account forms.

This is only possible through an App. We successfully used Helium custom fields on a previous project, and it’s half the price of the other recommendation, see: https://apps.shopify.com/customr

Without an app this won’t be possible.
