Add Forwarding Email Address - Not adding

Hi all,

I am trying to add a forwarding email address under the email hosting service in Shopify, and after I fill the necessary fields and click save, nothing is happening.
I have tried to empty the cache and cookies which did not help.

Can someone please help?

I’d like to help with this one. First, just so we are on the same page, can you tell me what steps specifically you have taken? Can you follow the guide here and tell me what happens and what you see when it is complete?

Steps:1. From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Domains.

  1. Click Manage for the domain that you want to set up a custom email forwarding address for.

  2. In the Emails section, click Add forwarding email address.

  3. In the Store email address text box, enter the email address that you want to create for your custom domain. You don’t need to type the @ symbol or anything that follows it. For example if you want the email addressinfo@johns-apparel.com, then enter info.

  4. In the Forwarding email address text box, enter your full destination email forwarding address. For example john@gmail.com.

  5. Click Save.

  6. Optional: Repeat this procedure to set up as many forwarding emails as you require.
