Add Linked photo to footer

I am looking to add a logo to the footer of my site. The catch is that it isn’t my logo it is a certification we recieved and we would like it to link to our sustainability page rather than link back to the home page as the current logo setting does. How could I add a block to make this happen?

This is how it currently is:

We would like to see this but preferably right justified:

This needs to be little customized the footer file. I am happy to do it for you if you are willing :). are you using dawn theme?

We are using Flex by Out of the Sandbox.
