Dawns footer has no logo block nor does it have a custom-liquid block to facilitate this.
So use an image block and turn on the “show email signup” option.
After that use a custom-css setting to add styles to position or size the image and restyle the signup inputs borders.
To DIY the css … search the forums for the separate parts keywords: images in dawn footer, or newsletter border in dawn footer.
Or see if someone has the code premade.
