Add option at checkout for adding gift wrap

I am unable to add an option for the customers to add gift wrap or a message in their order. I only need to add a checkbox. I have tried to add it as a product and then a menu but I don’t see the options mentioned in the support as “template.liquid” or “cart.liquid”! How to add this option & thank you

Use the gift wrapper App or you can do it by the custom code,
for that you have to hire a developer, Let me know if you need help,
