Add Payment Method

Dear Concern,

I made a store yesterday and buy basic plan for it and published my first product as well. But I forgot to add payment method. After that I made a pioneer check out native account and its done but now I don’t know how to connect it with store because my activate button is still off in both cases, add payment method and in choose a provider. Can anyone help in this regard? Thanks

To clarify, is the ‘Add Payment Method’ also greyed out? If not, you would need to select a gateway from the dropdown list provided under this button. If all are greyed out I recommend contacting our live team who can take a look at your account and determine the issue.
