Add Promotional Product centered on homepage

Hello,

We are going to run a promotional product for Halloween on our store shop.bitchinsauce.com

We are using Debut - I have made a collection with the product in it, however I am having trouble getting the collection onto the main page.

I also have a question on whether or not the image and text can be centered on the page.

Should I be going about this a different way instead of making a collection?

I feel like I have gotten closer, I created a Collection list with a single collection in it.

The image is still not centered, and if there would be a way to remove the overlay text from the image it would be perfect.
