We have added gift recipient to our online store, but cannot figure out how to add it to POS. If you use gift cards for return credits, there is no way to differentiate between store credits and a gift card that is intended for someone else. This feels like it should be basic functionality when offering a gift card. I know there are a ton of expensive apps. But this feels like basic functionality.
