Tiktok icon has been introduced in Font Awesome 5.14.0 as mentioned in the Github issue here https://github.com/FortAwesome/Font-Awesome/issues/18338#issuecomment-935633496. Backin Theme uses Font Awesome 4.7.0, so you should contact Theme Developer for support.
