Add social media icons to header in Wokiee theme

Hi Ladies and Gents,

Trying to add social media icons to header on my site:

https://grain-zero-ca.myshopify.com/

They are currently sitting in the bottom right corner of footer area on Wokiee theme.

Would like to ideally move them to the top right corner near the cart / user icons.

Any help is greatly appreciated! Cheers

Go to snippets > header_options.liquid file, find ‘menu-customer’ and add code here:
