Add Staff or Collaborator?

I have hired a VA and would like them to manage my monthly newsletter. I currently edit and send this out via the ‘SHOPIFY EMAIL’ app (screenshotted logo attached). So I’e checked out a few videos and can see i could either add them as a Staff member or Collaborator and give them access to just the app/marketing etc but I am wondering is it best to add them as Staff or Collaborator? Or does

it not matter.

For managing your monthly newsletter through the Shopify Email app, adding your VA as a Staff Member would be more appropriate. This allows you to provide them with the specific permissions needed without giving them unnecessary access to other areas of your store.
