Add sticky header to product page that also displays links to different areas of page ex. reviews

Hello, im looking for a way to add a sticky header on the product page that will display the price, add to cart button, and a few other buttons that link to other points on the product page for example reviews.

here is an example of a product page that does what i am trying to imitate: Sven Walnut & Charme Tan Leather Right Chaise Sectional | Article

is there a specific app that can achieve this? ( i haven’t been able to find a sticky add to cart that works this way yet) or should i try to hire someone to do this?
