Add text on shopify checkout page

Hi all I need to add text on Shopify checkout page, on the partner account, but it does not allow me to add the text, any help will be appreciated.

I think you can only access Checkout.liquid file in Shopify Plus account.

Sorry, Shopify does not allow to add custom text on Checkout page without being a Shopify Plus merchant.
But you can customise checkout with background colour and image/logo from:-
Customise Theme >> General Settings from left bar >> Checkout at the bottom.
