"Add to cart" button colour change (Dawn)

Hi, currently on my product page - the “Add to cart” button is my “outline button” colour, which is red. However, I don’t like how it’s an outline. I was wondering if there is any way to change it to a solid block red colour, where it’s filled in with the colour? (like the buy it now button below it)

You can change the colour of add to cart button by adding custom CSS to your theme file. If you are not good at coding then please send me your store URL so that I can send you the code.
