I’ve just built a new store and everything looks great, except for one detail; when I’m in the product page and I click Add to Cart without selecting a variant first it works properly, but once I select a variant it becomes disabled. I can’t get around this; I’ve looked for solutions online, I’ve searching through the theme’s code but I jsut can’t find the error… Can anyone give me some help please??
PS: Also when I Add to Cart without selecting a variant it works, but it loads for a long time and I have to refresh the page for it to be properly added to the cart and I can actually see the product there.

There’s two main console errors:
- Uncaught ReferenceError: Shopify is not defined
- Uncaught (in promise) TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘product’)
Typically this can be the result of either prior theme customizations, or apps, “performance” apps or services, etc or from an app uninstall
If you have theme backups try those.
If you changed theme code try file rollbacks

Thanks for the quick response already, I just don’t now exaclty what to do… There was no changes to the original theme code, and I don’t think I’ve installed and uninstalled any app… Do you have any suggestions to repair this problem? How can I solve those 2 points you mentioned above??

If you don’t know when the problems started and have no backups and you don’t know web development you need to hire someone.
