"Add to cart" function turns to "sold out" in Product Feature Block

Hello out there!

I’m using the product feature block on this page: https://walkmultipledogs.com/pages/tinyhorse-pro-essentials. You can add the first variant to the cart, but as soon as you click on other variants “add to cart” becomes out of stock. The variant is not out of stock. You can see variants that ARE out of stock because they have a 'strike through" in their name. I’ve updated my Dawn theme to 12.0, but the problem persists.

If you click through to the full product page, everything functions as it should, it’s just as a “product feature” that the add to cart operations fail.

Product feature was working correctly when I first utilized, but somewhere along the line stopped operating properly. Any tips or insights?
