Add to cart hover want to change the way it looks.

Hello my add to cart hover looks like this at the moment,

and I want to put the add to cart on top of the picture and then be able to make the picture opaque so that I am able to read the add to cart or choose options more clearly.

Something like this would be ideal! Thank you!
