I do not know code. At all. So please if there is something I need to do as far as coding to fix whatever this is, I need a very detailed step by step. Lol!
Heres whats happening:
I have just given my website a new theme (Dawn) switched from Debut.
I have a custom calculator app installed. There was a few mishaps with getting it going with the new theme but their team was great albeit I have been losing sales for a week now as custom work is 95% of my product.
Since the new theme, my add to cart button just keeps loading and loading and its beyond frustrating.
I need to do a test purchase to ensure the page is working properly.
As you can imagine being a sugar cookie business with Valentines day right around the corner, this is not a great situation.
I am using Chrome (I also tried on Edge same issue). I can get to the checkout page on my Samsung S20, but the checkout button goes nowhere. ShopPay, Paypal and GPay all work, but the checkout button… nada, zip, zilch.
Can anyone shed some light on this? I need to get this up and going asap and havent the knowledge to troubleshoot solo nor pay someone to fix this.
