Add to cart issue

Dear all,

my store has the issue that when the customer chooses the product and clicks the add to cart, the item and quantity can’t show on their screen immediately. They have to refresh again the page and see their items in the cart. Does anyone know how to solve this issue?

I was able to replicate the issue on my computer and see the root problem. The landing page you shared (https://trustgolfball-usa.com/pages/golfseason) is built using Zipify while the other product pages are not. It appears that there’s a conflict with Zipify and the shelf-style checkout (sliding in from the right vs. a separate page) you are using in your theme. I would recommend contacting Zipify support for a solution (they have a chat on their website) for a solution or rebuild the landing page without Zipify if there isn’t a solution.

In addition to the issue you highlighted, I also noticed a few other issues which could impact your customer’s experience/page speed:

Multiple Scripts Files for Klayvio

It looks like you are trying to configure Klayvio to work for two accounts (WkgLug - which attempts to load twice) and (WEGyga), but only one works. You may want to fix this as it could slow down your page loading.

Missing files (mostly images)

There are several images missing which could slow down the site. They include:
