Add to cart with limited purchase set at start. Need help

Hello Guys,

I want to create such limited purchase set to my shopify store example as below

https://www.printbed.com/item/bulk

It will only allow the users to select 10 images. How can I set it like this ? Is there an app that can allow me to set things as per my rules. Kindly suggest or if there needs to be some custom modification that needs to be done. Please suggest that as well.
