I’m using Pipeline theme and I’m doing custom pet portraits business. I need to take input from customers as image of there pet and name of there pet. How can I do that?? App seems to be costly. Is there any other way?

At this time, an app that can support file uploads on the product page would be the way to have this functionality in your store. There is an app with a free plan called Uploadly that I think will be suitable for your needs. Their paid plan begins at just $3.99/month.
