add video to "video resources" section venue theme

i have an online store. using venue theme. i made the site myself then i had an expert do a bit of tweaking to it.

for some reason he added a bunch of the same videos to video resourses, and some of them had choppy sound.

so i thought it would be a simple delete them all and add new one, from my content.

however when i ad the video from my content it wont play.

any ideas?
