Added a staff but he couldn't see my store after login

Hi,

I just added a staff to help me prepare the store. However after he logs in with his email address, my store doesn’t show up in the store list. Did I miss anything? I double checked and confirmed I gave him all the access from my end.

Did your staff member receive an email request once you added them to your store? They should receive a link and be able to log in through that initially.

Please let me know if you try this and are still unable to access the correct store, and I will be happy to look further into this.
