Adding a border around products in the collection page - Flex Theme

Hi everyone,

New to Shopify and very minimal html and css knowledge. I am slowly getting there.

Just wondering if some can please help with placing a border around my products in the collection page. I am using the flex theme. (out of the sandbox).
