Adding a Box (consistent style) on the Contact/Inquiries Page

Good Afternoon,

After chatting with Shopify, the rep suggested I post a question here.

We are seeking to add an additional box/section to our existing Contact/Inquiries page (for a company/country club name) but either receive an error within the newly created box as “translation missing: en.contact.form.country-club” or the Country Club text is above and outside of the box. Is there a PHP code to add to keep the style of the boxes consistent? Please see the attached file. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Oh. Are you trying to create an app? If not, you can actually add this as a section but this require more than a simple code edit. You need to hire a developer to write the code for you.

This can be done, but will involve some custom code. Have you written code for your theme in the past?

I have written code, but not for this company. Such a simple step that is turning out to be difficult.
