Adding a CTA button to header in 'Sense' theme

Hi there, I’m trying to find some code to add to my ‘Sense’ theme shopify site that just adds a CTA button into the header on the right hand side. I’d like to be able to customise the colour of the button/font but otherwise nothing too fancy.
