Adding a customer note to Prestige theme template in the checkout page

I just want some guidance on how to add customer note to the prestige theme so that my client could add gift notes before they make their payment

sorry for that

checkout page customization allows only Shopify plus plan so do you have?

also if you have customer note your have display cart page just check your theme setting on the cart page

or try this if you have able code

I have tried last night for over 4hours to set up the customer note via the code links below but I couldn’t make it work and I thought that there is a problem with the prestige template hence why I asked.

Would you be able to coach me and maybe you can test it your end and see if it works?

Hi Tiyati,

Do you need to add it to cart or checkout, as above you need to be a shopify plus member to add it to checkout,

Although if you want it in cart, Prestige has a checkbox to add it to cart. See the below pictures.

If you have a side popup cart, itll be at the bottom of it, if you disable it, you w ill go to cart page and itll be there

The Enable order note is ticked but no customer note field in the page as below picture

That page you are showing is the checkout page, not the cart page.
