I tried several other apps in order to add somewhat a download button, I don’t want my customers to download their products from their email. I want them to go into their account and click on a download button.
Shopify’s download app is great, but I wish I could somehow add a liquid variable to show a download button.
All the other apps I have tried have their own issues and due to that, I cannot use them. Can we please get a better app from shopify? I wish they would update their app or give us a documention on how we could do it ourselve by giving us the ability to use {{ attachment.url }} liquid or a new liquid, so we can use them on our customer/order pages.
Here is what I did so far, but without a variable or similar, the download button cannot do anything.
