I’d like to add a hover underline to all button text on the home page of the site I am building. I am using the startup theme and would like to this function for all sections where an actual call-to-action button isn’t available (eg text columns with images, alternating content). Thank you.

Startup Theme is a third-party theme designed by a third-party theme developer. To help assist and see if this feature is applicable, I’d like to point you in the direction of Startup Theme’s support documentation. This can be located directly on the theme page by scrolling down to the heading Support and Documentation and selecting read the documentation. Within the documentation, there is sections, templates, header and footer and theme articles that advise what part of the theme can be adjusted and customized.
Another option to look into this feature is reaching out directly to the theme developer. You can request support by navigating to the theme page, and select Get Support. The theme developer will be in the best position possible to advise if this customization is possible. I’ll share a screenshot below for better visibility on how to get in contact with Pixel Union support.
