However, not all of my orders have this information for some reason. I’ve set it so there is form validation (see below) but even so, only around 20% if my orders have this, so customers are bypassing it. Do you know how I can set it so it’s required at checkout?
Using the novalidate HTML attribute to turn off the browser’s automatic validation might not always be the most reliable way to implement a required field as some browsers may not register it correctly. A better approach might be to use JS form validation - there’s a basic example here that you could use as a model to implement this on Shopify.
