Adding a link to instagram account in the caption of "image with text" template (Dawn theme)

Hi,

We have 3 facets of our business that each have their own instagram profile. In our “About” section, I’d like to include a link to each respective instagram account underneath the heading of each facet, ideally within the caption. Any suggestions for doing so?

What theme you are using, you can acheive this with custom liquid easily. Do you have a design on hand that you can display and will be great if you can share your about page URL to be able to give you suggestions how to acheive it.
