Adding a link to my contact page on the order confirmation email?

I would like to link the contact form page on my website in the order confirmation email so customers can easily cancel or reach out about their orders.

I’ve tried using Contact us but it didn’t work.

Where did you put this code? I assume in Settings > Notifications > Order Confirmation Email. If so, that’s correct. But there’s a minor issue with your code (missing https:// in start), the correct code is

[Contact us](https://<websitename>.com/pages/contact)

Hi there,

That’s correct it’s going in the order confirmation email. I inputted the code you provided, only changing the website name and unfortunately it still didn’t work.

Could it be an issue with the theme preventing this? I’m currently using prestige.

Please add further details for clarity so I can understand the situation and point you in the right direction.

  1. Share a screenshot of the notification you’re editing.

  2. Share the code of the notification after you’ve added the link.

  3. Share a screenshot of the email you get as order confirmation.

If you’re talking about email notifications, then the theme does not have any effect here.
