This is a great idea to follow up with your customers post purchase. You wouldn’t be able to embed your PDF other than providing a link to it in your standard Shopify Order Confirmation emails. You could however automate a second email with your care PDF attached and custom email template. We have a few merchants with us that do this and would be happy to help you.

Hi!

We are currently in the process of getting our shopify app reviewed, it’s called Order Related Documents.

it will allow you to create or upload pdf product care documents (or any other document) and link it to a country or specific product´s

then once an order is placed they can automatically get emailed to customers (or you can print them / send them with the order)
