Adding a phone number to canned Packing Slip

Where is the canned Packing Slip pulling it’s info from?

It has our address, email address, and store web-site, but we would like to add a phone number.

I edited in the Contacts portion of Policies, but the Packing Slip is using somewhere else for the info.

We could go to a third party packing slip app, but then that adds all sorts of edits that we would rather avoid. Just want to add a phone number to the canned Packing Slip.
