Adding a second variant on only the last variant of a product

The title may seem a bit confusing, but let me clarify here. I have a product with a couple of variants (v1,v2,v3). If the user selects v3, the second set of variants should display.

I have my csv set up like this:

However when I try uploading, Shopify tells me this is an error. Any help would be great, thanks!

P.s. Is this something I can code using JavaScript? If so are there any resources on it? Thanks again

As far as I am aware to achieve what you need either some custom coding, an app or perhaps both will be needed. This can be a potential solution for conditional product options.
