Adding a terms and conditions checkbox to Dawn 2.0 quick add pop-up?

Hello,

I was wondering if there is any way to add a terms and conditions checkbox to the quick add pop up on Dawn 2.0

I’ve already added it inside the cart footer, above the checkout button.
