Adding an Additional Menu Section in the Dawn Theme

Hi,

Does anyone have an idea on how to add an additional menu section to the dawn theme, in addition to the existing one on the left side?
Like this:

Follow these Steps:

  1. Go to the online store
  2. Then go to navigation
  3. Click on the main menu
  4. You can add the menu item.
