Hello, first post so excuse me if I get this wrong!
I need to add a pop up enquiry/ contact form on to the product page in the refresh template.
Ultimately it would be good if it could include the items name and sku as well.
I found a walk through online but the link to the code had stopped working so I am stuck!
Anyone able to help with this?

To be honest I haven’t got anywhere with it.
I started to create a button to add to the product page but the product template which the walk through I watched didn’t seem to exist. After that I got nowhere as I couldn’t open the website that used to have the suggested code to create such a form.
Sorry not much use, I know!
Thanks for the details. But if possible seek help to a developer. As altering code by your own self without code knowledge can break the theme.
