See if that helps point you in the right direction. You’d basically need to locate the coding for the announcement bar within your theme, and then manually add coding for the icon/image that you want to show (and then potentially some CSS to make it look good).
I reckon it’s more trouble than it’s worth to do though, as you need to make sure that it also looks good on mobile devices, which can sometimes be a bit tricky.

If you have some basic knowledge of coding, then it’s relatively easy to do.
You can add an “image_picker” block setting in the schema of the “Announcement bar” to make it so that you can pick (and later easily change if needed) the image you’d like to show.
You can then add the necessary code (liquid/html/css) to show the image in the location of your choosing inside the announcement bar.
If you’d rather not deal with code, then you could pay someone to do it for you for a few bucks.
