I want to add a white padlock to my Shopify ‘checkout’ button on the cart page.

Or how to add text below the button with a padlock image:

Unfortunately, Shopify doesn’t allow to make changes in the checkout page. To make the change in the checkout page, you need to purchase Shopify Plus. Other than that you can not make any change in your Shopify Checkout page.
