I’ve researched this topic in the community and it was suggested that I add this html to my template, but it doesn’t seem to work.

Thank you for your reply to my post. I tried that link in the Customer Notification email and it did not function properly.
I’m guessing that I would to have use the Mechanic mechanism to send this email to get it to function properly with that code?
