Adding company registration number to footer

Hi,

I am using supply theme and I would like to add my company registration number to my footer. How do I do this, please?

I’m Ava from Shopify Support, I’d like to help here if you haven’t found a solution yet.

You can add a Rich Text section to the footer of your theme if you’d simply like to add a small piece of text like a company registration number. I’ll show you how to do that!

  1. Go to the admin and select Online Store > Themes and click Customize beside the theme you’d like to edit

  2. Select Footer from the sidebar menu to edit the footer.

  1. Click ‘Add Content’, then select ‘Rich Text’ to add a section of text to the footer.

  1. Type in your registration number however you’d like, you can leave the heading blank if you’d prefer. It’s up to you!

  1. Be sure to save your changes so they will show on your live site.

Also just for your own safety here on the Community forums, I would advise not sharing your store’s password publicly. You can add Partners or Experts as staff members as you like, but I would recommend making sure you set some staff restrictions on the account. Just to be sure your store details are secure!
