Unfortunately this happened to me before and basically had to recreate my entire site. I’m currently at version 13 and now the version 14.0.0 is doing the same nonsense. Shopify needs to make an updated version to FIX why the updated versions won’t upload correctly! Let me know if you come up with a solution and I will do the same!
