Adding descriptions to my product images

Hi, I’m fairly new to Shopify and I want to add individual product descriptions to my products. How do I do that? What is the fastest way?

You can try to follow these steps:

  • Go to Online Store → Products → All products → Click products you want to add description
  • enter the text that you want to use for the product description
  • Save and repeat for products you want to add content

Shopify now has “Autowrite” function which helps you generate product description real quick.

From Admin dashboard > Products > Add product > click on the purple icon on the left of Description
