Hi,
I am new to Shopify and I am using the Dawn theme.
Currently I am using the new customer login option (customers enter their email to receive a login code).
How can I add a ‘Receive emails’ checkbox on this page for when a user is logging in. I want them to be able to opt in to emails upon first logging in/on account creation.
I would also like to edit the login page text, and after hours of searching around I am still unable to work out how I can edit it.

Unfortunately it’s not currently possible to customize the new customer account login/registration page at all besides changing some of the styling. If you want to collect marketing consent, you would need to do so somewhere else in your theme or directly at checkout.
