Adding external link to my images in multi-column in Crave theme

Hi everyone!

I’m having trouble adding an external link on the image (within the multi-column section) in the Crave theme so I can direct to my Instagram page. Please see screen shot below for reference! I even put in this link below that I have seen on the Shopify community page but I’m not sure where to put the external link within the code?

If someone could please help me via video or screen shoot images! I would really appreciate it
