I have 2 shipping rates
I need to add extra cost on the total cart, if a customer selects Cash On Delivery as a payment method for just 1 rate, the other one should still be free, I have tried the Releasit app it only adds a fee for COD for all the rates
( I have 2 carrier shipping options Ups cargo and PTT cargo I want to add extra cost only when the customer selects UPS cargo as a shipping company and the COD as payment method)
