Adding Icons and currency tab in the announcement (Taiga theme)

hey everyone im trying for a while now to add and split 3 Sections in my announcement bar:
1.left side -Social Netowork icons (instagram tiktok facebook etc)
2.in the middle - ads
3.right side - currency tab changer (dollar euro etc)

i didnt manage to find where and what to insert to make all 3 appear together tried to find the answer in chatGpt,yotubube and google but no luck

i added a picture with what i want to accomplish

I do not think you will find an answer to this since this is specific and very customize code. I would suggest to hire a developer to make this section for you
